We kindly request that you submit all relevant documents to our reception desk during the admission process. For planned admissions, it’s advisable to complete these formalities at least 2 days prior to admission. Familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of your policy to avoid any surprises.
Please note that certain items and charges may not be covered by insurance companies or TPAs. In such cases, the policyholder will be responsible for settling these expenses. Additionally, if the insured amount is insufficient to cover hospital costs or if your policy includes a co-payment requirement, you may need to make a partial payment.
In the unfortunate event of a cashless service denial by the TPA, you will be required to settle the full hospital bill amount. Afterward, you can collect all bills and medical reports and proceed to lodge your claim directly with your Insurance Company for processing and reimbursement.
